What to Expect During Your Visit

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time this gives you the perfect opportunity to settle in, enjoy some Aveda comforting tea, and browse the Aveda retail area. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon. This ensures we are able to accommodate your schedule with your stylist. 

Tardiness: If you are running 15 minutes or more behind your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late please call the salon this allows us to determine if rescheduling is necessary or if we may need to alter your part of the service depending on your arrival time. 

Consultation: Every service starts with a personal one-on-one consultation so you and your stylist can align on your beauty goals.

Relaxation: We want to offer you a getaway from everyday life. Feel at home with our complimentary drinks, snacks, Wi-Fi, and foot massage machine. We encourage you to unplug—your work can wait, but your wellness shouldn't!

Salon Policies & Payments

Card Fees: While all forms of payment are welcome, please note there is a fee applied to all card transactions.

Pricing: To achieve your beauty goals we do run off a "Starting at" price point. This may vary based off of hair length and thickness. Please give us a call to book a personalized consultation.

Service & Retail Guarantee: We stand by our brand and our work. If you are ever unsatisfied, please reach out. We do not offer refunds on retail or hair services, but we will gladly issue a service credit to make sure you get the look you love.
